I&N339 CO., LTD is a human resource dispatching organization officially authorized by the relevant authorities in the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, and is engaged in the dispatch and recruitment of Myanmar human resources to Japan.
To meet the diverse human resource needs of Japanese companies and organizations, we provide recruitment, dispatching, and support services for a wide range of personnel. This includes Technical Intern Trainees, Specified Skilled Workers, Engineering/Humanities/International Services (Gijinkoku) professionals, and international students. Additionally, regarding the Training and Employment System (Ikusei Shuro) that will be introduced in the near future, we are actively preparing for its implementation and will continue to introduce and dispatch human resources perfectly tailored to the needs of our corporate and organizational partners.
Furthermore, utilizing our offices in Japan, mainly in Tokyo, Saitama, and Mie, and our local network in Myanmar, we strive to build a support system that ensures peace of mind from before arrival in Japan to after arrival, in cooperation with receiving companies, supervising organizations, and registered support organizations.
Through this document, we would like to introduce our human resource dispatch and recruitment business in Myanmar. Leveraging the experience and know-how we have cultivated in human resource development, dispatch, and recruitment, we officially launched our human resource dispatch business from Myanmar to Japan in 2023.
Currently, we introduce personnel tailored to each individual's purpose and career, including technical interns, trainees, skilled workers, internationally trained professionals, and international students, supporting companies in securing personnel that meet their recruitment needs. I&N339 CO,LTD. has officially obtained permission to send personnel from the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, and since its establishment, has a proven track record of sending many personnel overseas, mainly to Japan, but also to the Middle East, Malaysia, South Korea, Taiwan, and other countries. Furthermore, our basic policy is to comply with relevant laws and regulations in Myanmar and Japan, as well as the regulations regarding the acceptance of personnel in each country, and we conduct our personnel dispatch and introduction business in an appropriate and highly transparent manner.
